GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are shipped from our Raleigh, North Carolina facility. We primarily ship packages via USPS or UPS. Orders placed for in-stock items on a business day will generally be shipped within 24 hours of payment completion. Orders placed on weekends or Holiday’s will generally be shipped on next business day.
Flashlight Specialists does not accept orders from, nor ship to international destinations at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update when attempting to track a package on the courier’s website.
Flashlight Specialists is not responsible for packages lost or mis-delivered by shipping companies (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) unless due to a shipping error on our part, nor are we responsible for packages stolen during or after delivery. Packages valued over $200 may require a signature at delivery.
Our shipping fees are calculated based upon weight, distance, and shipping method. In order to obtain your shipping cost, please add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your zip code. You will be shown the available shipping methods, expected in-transit times and costs and an estimated delivery date. Please note that in-transit times and delivery dates are best faith estimates provided by the respective carriers; we cannot be responsible for carrier or weather related delays. In-transit times are business days. Product availability may postpone shipping dates. In the rare event an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the inconvenience. At our discretion we may ship in-stock items immediately and back-ordered items as they arrive; if this is done at our discretion there will be no additional shipping charges. For orders requesting premium expedited shipping services, we will do our best to ship the same day.
We attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted, we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been fully processed and in possession of the courier. At that point, the customer will still be responsible for returning the package back to Flashlight Specialists and are subject our normal Return Policy. In the event that your shipping address was insufficient when placing your order and returned to us, your will be charged shipping charges to reship the package. If you decide you don’t want the package reshipped, you will be refunded your purchase price less actual shipping charges we paid for the first shipment.
Currently, we are offering a limited-time Free Shipping offer for orders over $50 (excluding North Carolina State taxes). Shipments will be sent at our discretion via USPS or UPS Ground. Free shipping applies to continental USA only – Hawaii and Alaska excluded. A flat shipping fee of $6.95 will apply to orders $49.99 or less.
From time to time we may offer Special Offers and/or Promo Code Coupons. These cannot be combined and a choice has to be made by the purchaser as to which one they prefer to utilize. Our system will only accept one offer or promotional code per order. If you use multiple coupons or special offers, the highest discount value will be applied to the order automatically. You can sign-up and join our Flashlight Specialists Savers Club Newsletter to receive notifications of our deals (see form below).
Some items may offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping using a specific shipping method at our discretion. The free shipping for the qualifying item will be automatically applied at checkout. If you have items in your order that are not qualified for free shipping then you will incur shipping charges for those items, as calculated based upon weight, distance, and selected shipping method.
