When you receive your flashlight and have issues understanding the manufacturers’ instructions, trouble operating it, encounter any other problems or perhaps think your flashlight is “bad-out-of-the-box” – don’t worry!

We will personally answer your questions and walk you through a diagnostic process over the phone to make sure your purchase is “frustration-free” (be sure to have flashlight in hand).  At Flashlight Specialists, we are more than an internet retailer – we are technical “specialists” for every flashlight we sell.  We want to make sure you are absolutely delighted with your purchase.

If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.  You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.  Flashlight Specialists will not be responsible for any products shipped to us without prior RMA authorization.  Promptly notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt.  Items need to be returned within 30 days of issuance of an RMA.   • Please provide us with your Order Number, name and product model
  • Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of scratches, damage or abuse – be sure to include original outer package, product, components, manuals, cables and documents
  • Product Serial Numbers on flashlight and original packaging must match (if applicable)
  • Products which have been physically modified or missing original packaging are not eligible for return
  • Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • All product we sell is brand new, unless clearly marked on our website otherwise.  If product is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded
  • Batteries cannot be returned, unless it was pre-packaged with flashlight from factory; all sales are final.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Products distributed and sold by Seller (Flashlight Specialists, LLC) are warranted by the third party manufacturer or pursuant to the terms of the warranty included in the packaging.  We are not responsible for product defects or damages incurred, because we do not manufacture the products we carry.


Each Fenix flashlight we sell is serialized at the factory with a unique number assigned to Flashlight Specialists.  Be aware Fenix product sold online sourced from foreign countries or unauthorized dealers will NOT be warranted or serviced in the United States according to the manufacturer.  Rest assured you will have no such problems purchasing your flashlight from us.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund, unless waived by a Flashlight Specialist representative upon product inspection once returned. We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to strongly encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.

We offer RMA replacement exchange without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective “bad-out-of-box” product if first deemed by a Flashlight Specialist representative. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality.  See our “Frustration-Free” Guarantee above.

Flashlight Specialists does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. However, if you pay to send the item back to Flashlight Specialists we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you promptly at no charge. Flashlight Specialists does not cross-ship replacements until defective item is received. Separately, you may order new item on website.  You will receive refund for the defective item once we process the RMA.
